a dot com is born.......
dzign@datatv.com began as an offshoot of a small, independent broadcast design
studio called 'DATA:Design and Television Animation' which was founded in 1993.
Originally located on the beaches of the Jersey Shore, the company headed south
looking
for opportunities
in the burgening web marketplace in 1997. Seizing an opportunity, datatv landed
on the Louisiana Gulf Coast in September of that year.
During that time, datatv was able to create website experiences like noone
else in the Gulf South was creating at that time. Whether it was for an established
company like Melinda's Hot Sauces to helping out a new company grow like Basin
Street Records. datatv has been at the forefront of web technology while having
a lot of fun in the process.
